Job well done

Repaired a flat tire on a busy Friday afternoon. Went to have a bite to eat, gone just over half hour. Came back the repair was complete, they also put the tire back on the car. Was blown away with the service.

Lori took me in even though I didn't have an appointment. I had a "low tire" light indicator and my windsheild wiper was acting odd while I was in Hilo...30 miles from home on a very rainy day. It all happened suddenly and made me nervous. I called Lori at Midas Hilo and even though the shop was shorthanded that day she said she'd pencil me in and check with the guys when they came in from lunch. Since the issues were relatively minor they were able to fix everything very quickly and I was in and out in about a half hour. I LOVE Midas Hilo. It's my go-to place for maintenance and safety checks.
