Every time we have gone to Midas for any type of service, we have been blown away by the great service. They make you feel like old friends and never feel like you're being oversold.

It took way too long for my scheduled oil change and tire rotation! My appointment was at 12:30 p.m. and I finally picked up my car at 4:30 p.m. Poor customer service!!!

They fixed my car in 2 days after my dad had been working on it over 3 months. They returned the parts my dad asked back for. Lori(?) at the desk was great with communication and answering all my sometimes ridiculous questions

Super accommodating staff! I got a flat tire in the morning and needed a replacement the day after Thanksgiving. When I called asking if I could come in with no appointment the girl on the phone was super friendly and got me set up for that afternoon. I was able to leave my car on my lunch break and by the time I was done with work they had finished my service and gave me a call that it was ready. They even put my spare tire back in my trunk compartment for me. No hassle, fair prices, friendly staff & my stress was gone.

0 stars for this place..brought my truck in for a brake change and tune up. Diagonstic fees $260 and they have not even done nothing..will never recommend this place to anyone.

Charged for full replacement of front and rear breaks on the truck at (Hilo Midas). Failed in less than a year with all kinds of problems . Had to go elsewhere to have it repaired .

My car wouldn't start on my busy day. I called Midas, spoke with Sean.. he said bring it in and they would do a diagnostic test on my vehicle as soon as I got there. He was true to his word, once we finally charged my battery enough to drive it... drove right to Midas and was handled within minutes of being there. Sean is AmAzING!!!
