I'm always able to make an appointment with Midas, Hilo. The manager is very helpful and I trust him. The workmanship is great! Never had problems with them.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My car still leaks oil. Will have to bring back to shop.

Fixing and servicing what needed to be done and w/o just "padding" the deal with needless service or repairs.

Service was done quickly and on-time. They did a thorough inspection and made sound recommendations to keep my vehicle in top working order specifically replacement of my worn rear brakes. I will return to this place.

Excellent customer service, great work

Was told that I needed to replace my wipers to pass inspection. My wipers were less than a year old and were premium Rain-x. I agreed, since I really didnt have any other option, and now 2 weeks later the new wipers are junk. Feel like I was sold something I didnt want or need. On the other hand, they got me in quickly and the staff was very friendly. I probably will not return.

I was highly satisfied because making the appointment was easy also while dropping off my vehicle it didn’t take too long. Lori had the paperwork ready and explained about the price of the wheel alignment. The service was done before the promised time and the technician did a great job.

A little bit high price 800 for a tail pipe and muffler they gave me a quote or 1400 for original and would have to order and wait 3 weeks other places said about 500 muffler was bad and loud so I paid the price because they did it right away

They were able to fit me in timely and address my needs

$19.99 charged for diagnosis. They somehow added $3.00 to this. Work was done to change center support bearing. Again they added $67.20 MORE for shop supply. I guess$ 310 labor for 3 hours wasn't enough. NEVER AGAIN WHAT A RIP OFF.

The team at Midas in Hilo was amazing. My car broke down on the highway and they were the only ones willing to take my car at such short notice. I honestly don’t know what I would have done if it weren’t for them! Not only were they a lifesaver but everyone was so friendly, attentive, and helpful. My family and I are switching to Midas for good. We are so grateful.
