I had a flat tire and was in need of replacing all tires. Called Midas while waiting for roadside assistance and found that tires were in stock and service could be done right away.

I relocated to the Hilo area a year ago. This Midas is as efficient and friendly as the Midas I used on Oahu. I Trust them with my vehicles. I highly recommend them.

We had to make a last minute appointment to purchase and install a new battery. The team was very accommodating and sensitive to our needs. We were in and out faster than we could drink our grande coffee.

Called for a same day wheel alignment. They got me in and it was a Saturday. They explained how many cars needed alignment and I seen my truck go on the rack within 15 minutes. Took them under 1hr to do it including the test drive and giving my concerns as I added new Upper control arms. Also previous alignment left my steering wheel not straight. They fixed that as well. Very please and now it drives straight
