They were able to fit me into the schedule last minute. The brakes on my Jetta were freezing up and other shops couldn’t figure out the issue. This crew figured out the problem and fixed it fast!

The assistant explained before the service how long it would take, and then made an extra effort to be efficient so as to allow me to continue with my schedule. Also advised me on how to save money with coupons. Finally explained the details of what caused specific wear on my tires so as to understand the likelihood of it happening again and how to Prevent excessive tire wear.

Outstanding & professional service & employees.

I'm always impressed by the hospitality and honesty I get at this location. Employees are always friendly and willing to answer questions. There was one minor error on my bill this visit (they had been having computer issues all morning). I brought it to their attention and they were very apologetic and corrected it immediately.
