The front desk guy was very professional, cooperative and flexible.

I went to get my breaks replaced and they broke one of the hub caps on my vehicle. Of course they didn?t inform me about this accident. I didn?t notice this until after I drove off and got home. I also didn?t have the $550* that they were charging on me so

I cudnt be more satisfied being the time it took to do the service, they even gave me a ride home then picked me up again while the service was being done. On top of all that I was able to start a payment plan..all said and done I cudnt be more than happy and will definitely return for my next service at Midas..thank you

Worst experience ever I had an appointment and I was told that it was going to take one hour or one hour and a half before they can maybe get to do the job so I canceled the appointment will not recommend to anyone or ever go back

Didn?t get what I needed

I was told the price would be $44.95 or $49.95 for synthetic oil change and I scheduled an appointment when I called back to ask a question I was told it would be $99.95 for your oil change without a coupon and there is no coupons on the Internet so I decided to go to pep boys who could use the oil change for $75 with a 25% off coupon leaving it at a lesser price but more than the original that might just was going to offer the day of my appointment I didn't show up on time and I got a call and the lady I talked to who asked if I was planning on coming to my appointment I told her the situation and she said I can still get it for the $49.95 price without the coupon so I came in right away and the oil change was very quick and was very good service

Took my truck in for rear differential fluid change they said I need a seal as well..now because of there shotty work I just got a call from the mechanic and they caused 855 dollars damage to my truck..DO NOT EVER EVER EVVVVVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TOO MIDAS
