Great customer service

Midas always greets with a smile and thoroughly explains what is being done and what needs to be done. They are really good about getting your vehicle back to you in a very timely manner. Great service at a really great price.

The coupon price for full synthetic oil change ($49) is very unique idea for MIDAS. This brings customer to come in there again and again. While I also noticed that they don't give false future estimation for false services. If your car has no problem, they will say there is no problem (in most cases). However, their other service as well as labor charge seems to me a bit pricey, so I will double check with others for those services price.

"So I had set an Appointment, I get there 5 minuets before and didn?t get my car in until 1 hour later. Don?t understand why Appointments are made if there not gonna hold up to it. Better management of Team and time is needed. Other than that the front desk"

Friendly customer service and it didn't take too long

Actually it wasn't good service previous when I visit every times but this time feels like different than usual. A new manager trying getting better and approve service.

Overall everything was great. No problems with services or explanations of services. The staff was knowledgeable about what I needed. Great job.
