Representative was absolutely courteous. 1,Day prior this visit I stop by this Midas shop And was told there was no one at the office and I had to come back . Perhaps issue was with shop supervisor under staffed . But I like to let you know that although I had such awkward experience I decided to come crack and representative and technician went above and beyond with a clean , fast , professional job well done .
