The manager had the same car as I did and was very thorough in detailing his own personal experiences and what to look out for which I very much appreciated. We scheduled the appointment earlier in the week and the service was completed in only a couple of hours. Very quick turnaround! I also was very happy with the discount/rebate provided for scheduling our next service. Will be back in a few weeks for oil change and maintenance.

Bring SUV to change brakes. Able to find parts quickly and finished the job.

They got me right in and took care of the oil change. The only improvement I would like to see is scheduling the appointment online instead of having to call in.
