Big O Tires

Gentlemen was about to close and still took the time to make sure as a customer I was taken care of. I showed up with a bolt in my tire and also found some wear in my tires that I had not noticed. He discussed with me the options and once we was done he showed me the value behind what the recommended repairs. Had my car back the very next morning. Highly recommend and will be returning after seeing that they do other services as well. Worth taking a look at this company.

I arrived at 7:50 for an 8:00 am appointment. Service desk operator greeted me and explained procedure to be done - changing my truck's oil and installing new tires. I said I needed to leave by 9:00, would the procedure be done by then? Yes, they were finished working on my truck by 8:45 - true to their word. Very happy with results! And am enjoying my new tires, as my truck really needed them.

This was hands down the best tire buying experience I have ever had. I got a flat tire on the side of the road and they took care of me that day.

Was fast service, kind people and helpful. They were honest and tried inform me

I arrived about an hour before the store closed. It was late, I was frustrated with a very flat tire, and I had a very mad toddler with me. I had previously stopped at two Walmarts and neither store would fix my tire. The person at the desk was beyond helpful. I could tell that they were already way overloaded with tires to fix. Yet, he took my keys and promised the tire could be fixed before they closed. Twenty minutes later, they were done. I was floored. This was my first experience at Big O and it was very positive. As cheesy as it sounds, I will recommend this store to my coworkers in a heartbeat. If that employee happens to read this, I am sorry for having a complete mental breakdown and crying in front of you! I am so grateful for your help on that evening! Happy Holidays!
