i had a nail in the middle of the thread. i dropped off the tire on my way to work and told them i would pick it up on the way home. it was ready and i asked how much and they told me it was nothing. it told them that the next time i need tires this will be the first place i will go to.

I got in right away for an oil and lube without an appointment. They seemed very knowledgeable. Asked if I wanted a radiator flush. Gave me the pros and cons. Were not high pressure. I will go back again.

I had a great experience at the KC Shawnee store. A couple of things happened as I watched the front counter during my visit. They convinced me that the employees were most interested in fixing their customer's cars issues than they were at "just selling stuff" to boost their sales totals. Great job guys!
