Big O Tires

Cody and the shop took fantastic care of my truck. I needed new tires and had been shopping prices. He walked me through the options, costs and comparisons and did not pressure me one way or another. Customer service was top notch. He even walked me through upcoming promotions so I could wait or buy now to get the best price (which was the first time I have ever had a shop do that). I had a noise issue the next day with a horrible brake squeal and had concerns something got knocked loose during the tire install. They got me right in and diagnosed it. It was only a coincidental rock in the brake shield that I had picked up but they performed the free alignment check at the same time. Great guys and 3 others were willing to jump in to diagnose when we got it on the rack. Really really pleased with the experience I had! My kids also love that my new tires say "BIG FOOT"� on the side. :)

Great service

Had a blown in brand new tire 22 inch, they had the size I needed and replaced balanced and had me on my way. Having the tire in their inventory is huge for consumers. Have what your customers need, quality craftsmanship, competitive pricing, and honesty and we will come back. Great win today!

We went in to have a flat tire fixed expecting to pay for the repair and was very surprised to find out that the work was done at no charge. The store personnel were great.

I will definitely come back to this location. The customer service was terrific. I didn't have an appointment but they worked my car in within a reasonable amount of time. They also checked things that most places don't and let me know what maintenance was needed in the near future. Thank you!

I love the service overall. I wish someone had told me when my car was ready. I just happened to get up and see it pulled to the front of the store. I have no idea how long it was sitting.

I was made to feel important even with just a simple oil change & tire rotation. They made me feel like it was important to their store and to their overall business. The Service Manager, Scott Cash and the Gentlemen I encountered there All made me feel comfortable and reassured that the job was completed competently and efficiently.
