Outrageous prices. I have been here many times with several different vehicles but that doesn't seem to matter because they try to jack up their prices each time still. They didn't even honor the price quote on brakes and rotors they wrote up 6 months ago. Somehow the price went up over $200.00 in 6 months. I will be recommending that all my friends and family not to go there.

Store and ppl working in it were great. I declined rebate associated with the CC before I could be asked. Website needs some serious help for accuracy. While the disclaimer that "some pricing may be a bit different in store than online" I would not expect a 300.00 differential on what was to be a 1000.00 job. The difference was itemized stuff the store has no choice but to add. Also the site is deceiving upon checkout when it applies "50.00 mail in rebate" which is actually only available if you open a new CC. A+ to the team at the shop and the work they did. D- for the website, it's accuracy, and the tactics of applying rebates as if they're available to all. Hell, even the 70.00 discount that was auto loaded into my online cart had to be manually added at store via override. Too much hard work being done on site for the website to not do its job.

Took car in for oil change, Multiple point inspection and tire rotation. Called me when almost done stating need front brake work and tires. I declined . Went to pickup car and they qouted me 3 different tire depth of tires needing replaced. Speaking with no clue or knowledge. I asked to see inspection sheet and they couldn't find it. Salesman Said that everything "must be ok?" Then he went outside to measure tire depth. I asked him if they rotated the tires. He looked at paperwork and said yes. However I pointed out to him that the tires are in same places. He then said oh we cant rotate under a certain depth. Ask him why the notated it was completed then? Couldn't answer me back. 3 days later, my daughter breaks down on hwy back to college. Belt broke. Hmm, maybe if an inspection was done this could have been avoided. Also had a broken axle hub, wow another easy catch if you guys rotated tires. While the shop that her car was towed to repaired belt and axle, I asked to check front brakes. They showed them to me and said they were good. Your salesman told me rotors were so bad that all needed replaced. I cant believe that I spent over 1,200.00 in this store before. Very rude and extremely unprofessional! But most importantly, very unreliable!!

They did a good job, will go back again

Horrible experience! Dropped my car off on a Friday for a low pressure light on my front tire, they couldn't get to it so I left it for Saturday, picked it up & still a the error message, had to bring it back on Sunday again! Now my rim is scuffed, I showed the store manager and it seemed I was annoying him when I showed him. I still have no heard from the regional manager since the store manager was worthless. Doubt I would go there for anything moving forward!

Matt and Scott recognize me when I come in. They work with me to get what I need, while respecting my budget. The car is always ready on time, and the work is done right.

A Big O Tires in Arkansas repaired my ABS sensor and wheel barring but there's this awful sound still in my wheel. I took it to the Kansas Big O Tires since I was home from college and they told me they'd look at it. My appointment time was 11:30 and I was supposed to head back to Arkansas that day. They kept my car for the WHOLE day and didn't do anything to it. They didn't bother to tell me that there was no technician there that day and when he said they'd have to look at it tomorrow, I told them I had to head back to Arkansas and they just awkwardly apologized. I had also asked them to patch a tire since I bought the tires there but they didn't even do that. They kept my car until closing and had done nothing. I will not be returning to a Big O Tires as even the one in Arkansas I had to return to multiples times before they figured out what actually needed to be fixed.

I am a return customer to the Big O store in Shawnee. Matt is the best!! I will continue to have my car's maintenance completed here! Thank you Big O staff! You're the best! A+

I went in to have my breaks checked and somehow my radiator is now broken. I will have to spend about $3000 for it all on top of the expenses from the day I got stranded in the middle of the highway. The customer service was horrible. I had a call saying my car was ready in 15 minutes but I waited an hour or more because "a prominent customer has shown up." The front room people were very loudly and clearly talking about crude things and cussing.

Very polite and helpful. Not pushy to get extra work done unless needed.

I went in for an oil change and rotate the tires. You didn't rotate the tires. I had to tell you to rotate the tires. You didn't change the oil and I had to go back and point this out. You did change the oil. I will not come back.

Very helpful and not pushy to get you to spend more money unless its something you need to get done immediately.

I ordered 4 tires on January 20th and was told they would be in the next day, so I made an appointment for the next day. I called early in the day, and was told the tires would probably not be in until Tuesday now, so I made an appointment for Wednesday evening. When I called Wednesday to make sure the tires were there, they said they had not arrived yest, probably on Thursday, so I changed my apointment again! When I called Thursday about 2:30 (my appointment wast at 5:00) they said they still had not arrived. At this point I am very mad! I told them to forget the tires, I would get them from somewhere else, but I still wanted to keep the appointment for the oil change and a tire rotation. Oddly at 3:00, I get a call, and my tires are there. I show up at 5:00 for my appointment, they tell me it should only take about an hour. Well, I was there for 3 hours! Two of the mechanics just left at 6:00 (without finishing up a car a customer was sitting there waiting for) so the one guy had to Finnish that car then get to mine. The management there is terrible, I will not be returning there, I will go back to the one over by legends, off of parallel. This is where I used to go before I moved.

I wanted the tires that were on sale, but they did not have any in stock. I had an appointment at 9:00 and my car wasn't done till after 5:00. They wouldn't honor NTB's tire guarantee for my old tires.

Excellent service with prompt response

Service person at the counter friendly but all downhill from there. The coupon advertised was 19.99 for oil change and tire rotation but I was charged $28.03. I asked why and he told me well, taxes and fee, you know. NO I don't know and seems like BS. Taxes I get but tack on fees not advertised are not alright. I said I was there now but for that price I would have done it myself. It took an hour and fifty two minutes and would have taken longer had I not questioned if they were were almost done at 1:10. The counter service person said they had a lot of business. I said that's why I made an appointment. In fairness to the service tech there were at least eight cars on lifts and only a couple of techs that I could see. All I came in for was to get a simple oil change and tire rotation. The service tech spilled oil on the engine so my truck smells like burnt oil. That will pass but the memory of how poorly a simple oil change went will not soon. My guess is you will not use this review for advertising and promotion any time soon but it was real.

I am very disappointed and felt deceived. I have had my oil changed several times in the past and the cost was $22 to $25 , depending on the coupon I presented. I had conventional oil changes in the past which is fine with the manufacturer, Hyundai. This time I had 2 coupons, one for $19.99 for a conventional oil change which I preferred and one for $24.99 for a synthetic blend. When I presented the coupons to Brett , the manager, he refused to honor the $19..99 coupon saying that the company no longer did conventional oil changes even though Big O issued the coupon, it had not yet expired and I had 3 oil changes in the recent past using conventional oil. Despite my concerns, I agreed to the synthetic blend oil change with the $24.95 coupon. Brett then told me that my oil change would be more because of my filter ??? This HAD NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE DURING THE PAST OIL CHANGES!!! I was completely shocked when he told me the filter would be an extra $19.95. Are you kidding me ??? When I asked Brett why, he said the former manager had mispriced the filter and that why he was no longer there. This is highly suspicious and very unprofessional. My cost ended up being $50.95 , more than double than what I typically paid in the past. Brett was completely NOT emphathetic and had a "take it or leave it " attitude. Since it was time for my oil to be changed , I had already scheduled the appointment and allocated my time to be there, I reluctantly agreed to get my oil changed. When I asked for the District Manger's name and phone number, he initially said he did not know it and did not have the phone number. He then gave me the person's name which was not spelled correctly the first time he gave it to me and said he would get me his number which he did do when I was waiting for the oil change. I left a message for Michael San Agustin, the District Manager when I returned home on Monday afternoon right after the oil change. As of right now, Mr San Agustin has NOT returned my call even though I indicated that I would like to discuss my complaint. I will call him again this afternoon. I felt deceived by Big O's false advertising and "bait and switch " tactics. I felt that Brett was more interested in making a buck rather than treating me fairly. He could have honored the $19.99 coupon since it had not yet expired or a the very least made an adjustment on the synthetic blend oil change. This is not a good way to treat customers, but it a good way to lose them. Hopefully, someone will properly respond to this survey and not disregard my concerns like Brett has and Michael San Agustin apparently has.
