To start, an oil changed advertised as 59.99 ended up being $81. Advertise the price including labor or any fees. This is deceptive. Also, in addition to an oil change I asked about solving an issue where my radio would not turn off. They said they would take a look at it. When I was called up they just asked me to pay of the oil change. When I got to my car I saw all they had done regarding my radio was mute it. They made no acknowledgement of the issue. This is not the first time this store has or has attempted to deceive me. My previous trip I went to get knew tires and they advised me the only tires they carry in the size needed for my car were $164 each before labor and stuff yet in the particular trip I was told I needed new front tires and they priced out some at $100. Things like this are exactly why I haven't been to Big O in 3 years and

Scott Cash was always very friendly and provided very clear information on pricing, timeline for maintenance, and suggested maintenance outside of the oil change and wheel alignment that I scheduled. This location has always taken great care of me

Was concerned that the repairs that were Recommended were excessive because I'm a woman. Also some repairs were made before I authorized them. Felt like Big O was trying to rip me off. After years is going there, I probably won't return.

I made an appointment and went into the shop and discussed my situation with the gentleman. I said I have flashing lights on my dash including the brake and others and I read something that said it might be a voltage problem...He said ok we will hook it up and check the alternator. After a few hours I called and let the guy know who I was and my car and was checking status, he said he'd check and put me on hold. 3 minutes and 40 seconds later (my phone time) another guy comes on and ask if he can help me--I explain again and he says he will check. About 40 seconds later a guy gets on the phone and says can I help you. I laughed and explained and he helped me no problem. He said it was the alternator and recommended some other work to the tune of about $1500.00. I agree---and a few hours later I am told my car is ready. I go pay the bill get in the car and the lights are still on with the brake light flashing...I go back in and let the guy know and he says --ya not sure --maybe its a component in your abs...I say why didn't you look at it to fix it, he just kind of looks at me and says maybe if you drive it around they will go off. After paying $1500 bucks and not having the problem fixed I was a bit perturbed of course but I walk out hoping that maybe he will be right. Of course they didn't go off. And so now I have to make time again to take my car in to be fixed right. I registered my frustration on the website and asked to be contacted. I got a call on Saturday afternoon when I was away from my phone and no message was left. After the first call fiasco I thought I would wait for another call---none has come to this point. Unless we can find a way to make this right I will have to take my business elsewhere.

The online price for tires did not include the mounting/balancing. It wasn't the fault of the location, but the fault of the home office that handles the website to have that not included.

My car had picked up some mud on the inside of the wheel. When I left the shop my wheel shook so bad I thought I may have ha a loose wheel stopped and checked. Found the mud and knocked it off. It seems as though good customer service would have noticed and took care of something like this. Makes me wonder what else they didn't do or notice?

$47.00 for a tire rotation and balance is ridiculous. So I didn't get it. And then I was told that you can't do a transmission flush and filter change if my truck is over 100K miles. Really?! A huge percentage of cars have over 100K miles. I did not find Big O Tires to be helpful for me at all.

Kyle was professional and friendly. He laid out my options and recommended what he thought was best based off my last tires. While I was speaking with him he was polite while making sure incoming callers weren't waiting too long and I wasn't getting cut off in conversation. Great guy, great service.

I had an unrepairable flat tire so I wasn't able to do a lot of shopping ahead of time. The only place that had my tire size and the brand I wanted was at this location so I went. When I called, I was quoted roughly 129.00 a tire. When I arrived, my quote changed quickly to about $500.00 I was a bit taken aback by the inflated estimate. The person I spoke to had added a wheel alignment to the estimate but hadn't told me about it. He removed it and the price went down to about $400.00 When I got my original estimate, I wasn't told that mounting was 25.00 per tire so that added 50.00 to the estimate. (Roughly 310 at the time) Then I was told I needed new valve stems, that made sense sine I already knew it was good practice to replace them with new tires. Roughly 330.00 estimate plus tax so it make more sense. I told them to do it and asked how long it would take. I was told it would take about an hour which seemed reasonable. My car sat for roughly two hours before someone came out to me and suggested I get a wheel alignment because of my flat tire. I reminded him that my flat was on my REAR tire so why was a FRONT wheel alignment necessary. I again declined the alignment. It was also suggested to me that I consider getting my battery replaced because it appeared to be old. I had my battery replaced last year so I didn't understand why ANYONE would think a battery with a year old batter would need to be replaced. I declined that too. Maybe 15 minutes later, ANOTHER person, I assumed a manager came to me and suggested I get a WHEEL ALIGNMENT. I again declined. By the way, there was NEVER a free offer of an alignment check. Just an offer to charge me for one. I really felt like they were attempting to scam me. After roughly 3 hours from when I originally arrived, my two tires that should have taken an estimated hour to install, was finished. The service advisor sort of apologized for the extra time but didn't offer any compensation for the time I lost. I got the impression that if I had gotten a wheel alignment like they kept insisting on, I might have gotten out sooner. I had a very poor experience with this location and I do not intend to go ever again. I'll be sure to tell me friends too.

I researched which tires I wanted on the Big-O website prior to my arrival. Upon arrival, I was told they aren't in stock and couldn't get ordered and delivered in a timely manner so they proceeded to try to sell me their store brand tires. When I said I would go home to research them they magically said they could get the tires I wanted within a day. I proceded because I didn't want to start over researching tires at another shop. I was there and wanted to get this done. Second problem was the hard sell on the alignment. When I declined the alignment they told me (to paraphrase) that I'm making a stupid decision. Ultimately I got the tires I wanted at a good price and the shop seemed to do a good job. But the overall experience was bad as described above.

I had a coupon for 24.99 for an oil change and by the time I left it cost me over $45.00. Not a fan and will not be back.
