Big O Tires

I drive my Jeep home Saturday and didn't drive it until Monday morning. My check engine came on Monday morning after all that was done was an oil change.

I was in and out and when they told me about other things that could use attention to they didn't push me when I said not at this time.

First of all my name isn't Latisha. My name is Chris. Dont know who Latisha is and I'm a male. Second of all I was quoted $331.00 for two 10 ply truck tires. Then it took tech's over 30 minutes to figure out how to jack my truck up in rear. Also couldn't get a rotate and tires put where i wanted them for wearing right, due to lack of telling me on phone that their lift was down, and i had all tires purchased here. Then seen that tires rolled out weren't actual 10 ply tires they were 2 ply tires. Caught them on it and said they were 10 ply, but showed them they wasn't. Then they figured it out they wasn't. So now had to pay $512.00 for two tires. Ask for a discount since I purchase my tires here. No discount, no rotate on warranty tires and no knowledge of when the broken lift they said for two weeks has been down is going to be fixed. I'm a business owner and this is my work truck I took off for a half of a day that should of been done in a hour. Lost out on $400 in work due to lack of knowledge, equipment down and not told. Very disappointing and you all will probably never repay me for the loss in my business money and let alone they had shipped over the wrong tires and had the right ones in stock. Wow. Poor, poor.

Josh was very friendly and explained what was wrong. Made sure to test drive my car and confirm issue was fixed. Front desk guy (can't remember his name) was very friendly as well. Thanks.

The gentlemen who greeted us was pleasant, but the older man who checked us out was anything but friendly. He was bent over, leaning on one elbow. He never looked at us. I asked why the wheel lock was not put back in the bag and back in the glove compartment, like it usually is, he said, "The bag is probably in the car." The oil change and rotation was done with no issues though.

It was quick! I got in, they quickly fixed what I needed, and I got out! Very clean wait area and no disturbance.

I had questions about my invoice and was not given a straight answer. One associate wasn't sure of the charge, another was flat rude about what he thought it was. Questioning whether this is a trustworthy shop and if I'll continue my business.

Had a slow leak in tire. They got me in and out with no problems!

Customer service could improve

Both staff members that served me were knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and efficient.

Jordan was professional, while offering services I didn't come in for, he was not pushing with his offerings.

There were no unexpected issues from our initial drop off.

Was told that I would get my discount with the coupon, did not get it and the person who helped me could not figure out how to do it. Was given a $50 discount on my nest visit (on the back of the manager's business card). Work on the vehicles always seems to be good and professional.- the front of the store not so much, This store operated more efficiently and professionally prior to Big O's take over

Quick turn around time, friendly people

I waited hours with nothing happening while they waited for my tires. I was told they could only get one type of tires, but never that there would be a wait of several hours while they had to have the tires delivered. I was only told they were waiting after i asked because I hadn't been told anything in a long time. I scheduled an appointment at 10am so I could still get things done before a trip. I had to cancel an appointment. I feel like when I scheduled the service I should have been asked the make/model of my car and the tires could have been ordered and I 1) would have saved hundreds of dollars and 2) not been stranded at the store for so long.

Got me in same day without appointment for new battery

I had a 9AM appointment to repair a slow leak. The leak wasn't repairable and I needed to buy four new tires. The tires weren't in stock. I was told that by the time the tires came in from another store my car would be done by 1:30. I came back at 1:30 and saw my car on the lift and it had no tires on it. I called the store at 2:30 and was told that it would be done within an hour. No one called me to tell me what was up with my car at any point. I picked up my car and left. At 12:30PM the next day I left in my car for an appointment. I hadn't driven a mile before the low tire pressure light came on. I drove back to your store and was told it would take 2-3 hours for my car to be seen. This was unacceptable as I had already not had use of my car for most of Saturday and the tire was brand new. I explained this to the gentleman at the front desk. He offered to check my pressure and do a visual inspection. The tire pressure was at 21, well below the necessary 40. During the visual inspection, they discovered that the tire valve was installed incorrectly. While I appreciate the quick fix, I do not appreciate having to come back to have my brand new tire fixed. I feel that much of my time was wasted because no one contacted me about when my car would be done.

Excellent service. i have gone to Big O for years. I am always treated like I am a #1 customer.

I have never felt as belittled before...in explaining my brake issue the clerk repeatedly questioned how I was explaining things. I am a 68 year old woman with a PHD and have never before felt that I was being brushed aside. I am not a feminist and have never had to complain about something like this as now. When I asked if they charged to look at my brakes (I came for an oil chang) the comment was, "Do you want us to charge you?"�. I will not return.

Third set of tires I have bought there within the last year always treat me right price is very reasonable and somehow I always call in when there's a deal going on
