The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Always ready to check my tires and add air when needed. I highly recommend them.

I got lucky both times I visited. They were able to attend to me immediately, without a appointment and my new tires were installed while I waited.

I purchased my tires several years ago under NTW and have had issues since. The customer service rep listened to my concerns and resolved the issue with my tires!

Customer rep Brent was not personable. He had filled out all boxes on survey and asked for signature in advance saying otherwise he'd just have to get it later. He didn't point out restroom, coffee, or TV area. He didn't do any vehicle walk around or check with me on completion. Zachary the tech was very quick with his work and it was done well.

Very satisfied with Big O Legacy tires, actually third set. Not happy with efforts to try and add on services not asked for. Was told air filter needed to be changed when in fact, air filter was clean.

The service team was great! I had 4 large truck tires to mount with stiff sidewalls and the guys did an awesome job in a very timely fashion and they still had a smile on their face and thanked me for my business. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel like part of the Big O family!

bought new tires several yrs ago. I have taken my car in many times for rotation. Refused rotation this time claimed tread was to low. I asked for information when I purchased the tires. They claimed they could not locate me in the system. Very weird. I bought tires for both my cars at ntb/0. Will go to Costco for future tires

I came to Big O to get oil change and tire rotation and balance. Earlier I purchase a set of 4 tires from the same store, so receive monthly statements that contain coupons for Big O services and products. I told the clerk I had a $25 off coupon for purchases over $100 and he immediately said that is not a Big O coupon. I then showed him that it was the back side of my statement. He then said that it could not be used for oil changes, even though the coupon says it can be used for maintenance services. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager said that oil changes were already discounted and therefore the coupon could not be used. I had not even been told the cost of the oil change at this point and knew nothing about it being a discount. ( I later learned from Corporate that oil changes are always "discounted," which doesn't make sense and may be in violations of trade practices. Something can't be promoted as a special sale or discount unless it is truly less than its normal price.) I agreed to proceed with the work but was left to feel like I was trying to swindle Big O out of $25. The whole thing could have been handled correctly if the clerk had not been so quick to tell me my coupon was not valid then tell me it didn't apply to oil changes before offering any explanation. I told the Corporate person who call me today that the coupon should say that oil changes are not considered maintenance. Go figure. As a side note, I was pretty turned off from the beginning by the clerk's lack of a friendly greeting and his wearing a baseball cap backwards. I know I am older but I worked in retail and customer service for a number of years and therefore I know what good, professional customer service should be.

This was the best associate I have dealt with at this location. I had thought of going elsewhere before this appointment but thought I would give it one more chance. Now I’ll go back at least once more.
