I was told that tire rotation came with oil change, My tires were not rotated.

There has been a change in mgmt and ownership which has made a big difference! Ive e had trouble with a tire keeping air since I had the tires put on by the previous company. Micah listened to my concerns and kept the car over night to make sure it was repaired. So far, no issues! Very happy with the service here!

Good overall experience. They didn't have the tires I requested, but they did call me shortly after I set the appointment to let me know and give me alternate options. I did spend more than I wanted to, but I imagine that would be the case anywhere I could have gone.

Scott was so helpful with communicating all services and products during my visit. He made sure all of my car needs were met and walked me through the whole process. I would highly recommend his services to all! He cared about making sure I was fully noticed of all pricing and got the best deal possible while describing each issue at hand.

My service person at the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful. I think his name was Scott Cash. Not sure but, a good guy.

I arrived late to my appointment and they stayed late to accommodate me. The gentlemen who assisted me, wore an orange face covering with a smiley face, was very friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He effectively communicated the issues my tire rod and wheel being bent would cause, gave me price quotes and tips. Overall great service, timely, experienced staff

Overall it was a good experience 3 & 1/2 hours seemed a little long but maybe it not. I am certainly not an expert at how long it should take.

Rushed me through quickly - I was in a hurry. Great job. The guys really worked fast to get me out.

They did a good job

I called to make an appt to have two tires replaced after one unexpectedly went flat. They told me over the phone that I wouldn't be able to have my car until the next day, due to the lateness of the hour.However, when I got to the shop, the supervisor that I worked with said that he would go back and work with their regular technician to make sure my car was ready THAT day.I didn't ask for that, he just offered on his own. He answered all my questions politely and correctly,. Thumbs up!

Customer service was friendly and helpful. The work was done on time.

The tire I wanted wasn't available so the sales person found a tire close to the same price for me.

The guy was rude we have been a cardholder for a long time our card is almost paid off we are shredding it and going elsewhere this isnt the first incident sorry

Big O in Shawnee, KS Saturday at 4:00 on 1/16/2021 had the 2 most kindest gentleman working who helped me fix my flat and got me back out in no time!
