Great service!

$29.00 to fix a flat tire that was not on a vehicle is far to much. For that reason I will not return.

Great and friendly service across the board. The team was phenomenal!

The team at the store was helpful and was good with advice. The only hiccups were really related to trying to arrange the new tires and oil change through the website. It doesn't tell you where the tires you want are in stock, and it doesn't show all the other fees that come with installing the tires. I ended up going to the store to find out my appointment request had not been accepted, because it got spammed. I still ended up needing to look on my phone on the website - and then even that didn't show that the tires I wanted would have to be retrieved from another shop. It seems like all that could be done with a better web app...

I liked the salesperson

My low tire pressure light came on and I was getting ready to take a trip and wanted it checked out. I had bought my tires at Big O and they checked my tires, filled the tires back to normal and didn't charge me anything. Made my day!

Friendly, when I told them the problem that I was having with the running of my car they explained a couple things they could do and the total cost of the procedures. They very quickly did the one I had them try and it much improved the running of my car and took very little time for them to do and my car was ready to go. I was only there for 1 HR and pleased with their service.

Someone called in sick so it took a little long

No complaints running bigfoot xt's on my XJ. Drove the Alpine Loop in Colorado last July with no problems. Good tire for the money.

They were fantastic, quick and efficient. The only thing I wish they would have done was let me know ahead of time that the bathrooms were out of service, they knew I was bringing my vehicle in and waiting for it.

I had changed my flat tire in the subzero windchill and snow that morning. the associate was very helpful when I called and asked if it could be repaired same day. i ended up buying 2 new tires and was very pleased. This location that was formerly NTB , I had issues with. Quite frankly, I chose to come here because it was the only place open. The service has changed, even if you go back to NTB brand name, the service is different now. I can't remember the guy's name, but it was Valentine's day that day.
