The team is great! Even recommended a more affordable option for a cracked wheel and was patient while I decided. The only bummer was coffee machine was broken... I would recommend this tea, any time!

Good service and done in a timely manner

I usually go to the legends location and have been dissatisfied with my service ever since it changed from NTB to Big O. The only reason I was still going is because of the road hazard I paid for on my tires. I had to take an appointment at the Shawnee, KS location since legends was full. The Shawnee service manager, Scott Cash, took very good care of me and has restored my faith in Big O Tires. They were fast, kind and professional and didn't have any difficulty finding me in the computer and honoring my road hazard (unlike my experience almost every time at the other store). Thank you Scott Cash!

Got a call that the tires were in earlier than expected and I could bring the car in a day earlier and they would get them put on, it was a big help.
