I literally cried because I didn’t expect to need 3 tires replaced and just didn’t have the money. Regardless, I needed it done and Robert was helpful and kind and didn’t make me feel bad.

Oil and filter change, tire rotation and brake inspection. All done in 34 minutes flat from check in to check out. Anyone not highly satisfied with service like that should be spanked and sent to bed with no supper. ... Period!

The team at this store is very thorough and have a high level of expertise in their work. The lead technician found the source of a problem with my car that THREE other shops in the area failed to diagnose. It was a problem that was pretty serious and could have jeopardized the safety of my vehicle and could have led to far more expensive repairs. The staff here are friendly, caring, honest and hardworking. I never want to trust my car to anyone else EVER AGAIN. The management at this Big O is SUPERB. I am a very choosy customer who is very meticulous and protective of my car, and I can not recommend this service provider highly enough! Great value, excellent service. Bring your car here, you will not be sorry.
