Prior to going to store, I called to see if I could get tires rotated and balanced that afternoon. I was told yes and scheduled 1:00 p.m. Work was done while I waited in about an hour. After, a service tech told me it was time to replace pads and rotors and provided an estimate. I am considering having the work done there, doing it myself or taking the car to my long-time mechanic who specializes in this type of car.

I talked with Mitch and Josh; both of them were so helpful and patient explaining to me what was necessary to fix on my car. I didn't feel like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of, and honestly that's my experience in a lot of other car shops. I felt empowered to make my own decision based on the information given to me, not strong-armed into buying something I couldn't pronounce or understand. Thank you :)

Had to come in at 20 Mins notice. Staff took care of it in under 45 mins. Fastest ture change out!

I had called earlier to schedule an alignment, so no need to offer a check. Had I been offered a credit card application, I would have given a lower review.

Josh provided me a quote over the phone and scheduled my appointment. He was also working the front desk on the day of my scheduled appointment. He was very helpful and explained everything about my new brakes in terms that I could understand!
