I am a long time Big O customer. Initially started relationship in Springfield. Missouri. Continued when I moved to the Kansas City area. The Legacy tires are great, couldn’t wait till it was time to replace the tires on a new vehicle with Legacy. Happy too that there are locations across America.

I didn't have an appointment and just stopped in. My battery was low and I was having trouble starting my car. I only had and hour since I was on my lunch break. They checked all three systems, got me a new battery and out the door in an hour. I will be back! Thanks!

Right before closing, they were able to look and fix a screw in my tire.
