Mitch was less than pleasant to deal with. It came across that I was an inconvenience. He asked of I had an appointment for my tire. I explained that I was there for a screw in my tire. He didn't tell his techs that the tire was in the back of my suv.

11 months ago I purchased a 5yr warranty, with a 1 yr OTC exchange policy. When I walked in with my warranty info I was told too bad Big O Tires doesnt honor warranties. I had a choice of buying another new no credit or I could go somewhere else to try and get a replacement. Poor customer concern, I'll think twice about buying anything at Big O Tores and can no longer recommend my son or daughter use you again.

I will never use you again. I am telling everyone I know not to either. I haven't had time but my yelp and google reviews are coming soon. You left my oil cap off and wrecked my weekend. I spent $30 in Uber's getting around and had to call a tow truck to move my car back to your shop. All you're willing to do to make it even is refund a $60 oil change? That hardly makes up for what I went through due to your incompetent mechanic - which by the way people make mistakes. It's your lack of ownership that makes me most upset.

We will never again use your company in the future because of your negligent performance during my visit to Nieman Rd branch last week "� refer Rob(Manager) for a simple oil change. Incredible! I was told ALL oil changes are double checked. Yea right!

For the past decade I'd brought my car to NTB and referred many people there because I'd always been happy with their service. Unfortunately, that trend stopped as a result of my most recent visit to Big O Tires, due to their completely unsatisfactory response to my concerns about a malfunctioning alternator that NTB replaced less than 3 years ago. I've had to bring my car in to be checked out on 3 separate occasions due to my car either dying on the interstate or exhibiting other signs of malfunction. Clearly, this is not how a properly operating alternator should function, but no one there is willing to apply common sense or good customer service in trying to come to a satisfactory solution. So, I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

I had the worst customer service experience in my life. There was only one service rep at the counter and I was there for over 30 minutes just to pick up my car from being serviced. that is really unacceptable. The rep was interrupted 3 times when taking care of me by phone calls and other customers. I should of been out in 10 minutes.

I went in for a battery I bought there 11 months ago with a 5 year warranty and supposed 1 yr OTC exchange, that they denied to do anything for me....but were glad to sell another for $150.....poor customer service.
