Big O Tires

We took our Murano in when the alternator went out while we were visiting Lawrence. Big O was across the street and handy. The alternator was fixed properly, however the car overheated two days later. A mechanic that works at our business took a look at it and immediately pointed out that the upper radiator hose was clamped with a worm drive type clamp and was over-torqued. This had caused the radiator hose attachment to crack and leak. Big O says they didn't do it. The plastic bonnet that covers the radiator had obviously been off and there were missing keepers/plastic rivets. The only other work done on this car was a couple years ago, and it was done by Nissan. It was correct at that time. The part would not have lasted that long over-torqued and the clamp and area around were shiny, as if recently handled. It's a high-mile, low-value car, but it's the principal of the matter. The manager says that he stands by his guy and that they didn't do it. Very disappointing. I will never do business with Big O again. Kyle

I’ve been going there for years and several of the staff know me. Prices seem fair and I feel they are honest. Work is always done in a timely fashion. I always refer people there and they always sponsor our Boy Scout chili feed.

The tech who did my oil change did not reset my maintenance light. This is the second time this has happened. My trip odometer had obviously been messed with so I THINK they tried... they always want to do other service but why would I let them do that when they cant even do a simple oil change correctly?

After being emailed over and over again despite making a complaint i have decided to leave my email on the google feedback section. I will never return to Big O tires after the service i received during my last visit. I was disrespected over a couple tires, moving forward i will be frequenting Discount Tires Company across the street. I have filed complaints on multiple occasions, both online and on the phone, please remove me from this mailing list as it only reminds me of one of the single worst service experiences i have ever witnessed or been a part of (and i worked for a Wendy's attached to a truck stop so i've seen some pretty deplorable service) I was offered a free oil change, but i do those myself and would not want to do business with such a irreverent staff ever again. I am going out of my way to inform people of the terrible experience I had at Big O Tires.

I came in to have my tires checked. I was told I needed to replace the back two tires, but after they did this I asked to see the tires that they took off. They said they couldn't find one and showed me another which didn't look like it needed to be replaced, and also wasn't even my tire. I don't think this big O tire has very good integrity. I just paid almost $300 for tires I didn't need. I had an appointment for 2:30 and it was a quarter to six before I got my car back. This place is shady

The service person I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me with what I needed, time it would take, and price it would be. I dropped off and was done in the timeframe given! Thanks

We called them on Saturday September 19th at around 4:40 p.m. We had gotten something stuck in our tire. They told us to come in and they would take care of it. They were closing at 5:00 p.m.. We got over there driving very carefully and they got us right in and taken care of. That’s why we like to buy our tires from Big O Tires. We got an appointment for the next day to have our tires rotated. They are very good people at Big O.

The mechanic supervisors was very competent, new the tires that were best for my truck and listened to the other problems we had with the brakes and fixed them.
