I appreciated being able to order new tires and schedule installation online. All electronic communication confirming this was excellent. Staff were helpful and efficient. In your small, busy waiting area, I would prefer not having to listen to TV. Any chance of leaving the sound off?

Always good service

Corey, Steve, Rich, Devin, Shane and crew have been taking care of my families vehicles for many many years. They have always done an excellent job for professionalism, knowledge, service, extremely helpful and courteous. These are good , honest , nice people. I can't say enough good things about them!!!

Staff went out of the way in servicing my truck. They personally dropped me off at home when I was w/out a ride. Just great service, good people!

It was easy to book an appointment. They were very fast at completing the tire replacement and the pricing was very reasonable. It was a great experience and I will for sure be back.

It was relatively easy to schedule an appointment online. Based on the number if other patrons already waiting, I thought my wait was acceptable. I didn’t wait long, at all though.

The vehicle was towed into Big O. The issues appear to have been diagnosed properly. Most of the interaction was performed remotely, via phone or email. Communicated with a few of the service folks to ask them to check to see if some additional preventative service would prolong the useful life and safety of the vehicle. Ideally this additional investment will pay future dividends. Overall the service provided was friendly and appears to be honest. Asked them to check one spark plug to determine if tune was rationale...it was but was charged for removing one plug seems unusual especially when I then paid for a full tune up. Should have an N/A column option for rating since I was not at the physical location...also eliminating question#3.

We got a flat while we were out running errands. We stopped at Big O and we got right in. We had purchased the insurance when we bought the tires and it saved us more than $200! We walked to the grocery store and did our shopping while they replaced the tire and we were on our way in less than an hour.
