I like the store and it's "hometown" feel. Services techs greeted customers by name, when applicable. The service techs explained the service being done before it was completed. All around good experience.

D'ante was great to work with. Very professional and knew his job well. I felt well attended to both when on the phone with D'ante before I came in, and while I was there as well.

I like your store - service - all employees are very knowledgeable. However - i made an appointment on july 17th for the 18th at noon. My daughter brought my car in. When she arrived, they told her I had missed my appointment- that it was at 11am. I won't go into why I know I wouldn't have made an appointment for 11am. I talked to mark? @ 2.30pm - gave him my c.c.# to pay for the oil change. She arrived there to pick up car @ 3.15 pm and he was gone - she had to pay cash. Amazing she had cash. July 20 low tire - thankfully got right in - had 2 screws and broken bead. When I talked to mark? he determined that I really need an oil change at 3000 miles because I'm having to add a quart every 1000 miles. I guess I need an e.mail verification of my appointment time in the future so I can keep it straight. Thank you

I'm not what was done but now my cruise control is not longer working and an inverted triangle with yellow exclamation mark shows up when I turn on the cruise control. Rotating my tires and doing alignment should not have to cause any of these.

I was priced my tires, then given financial consideration due to lack of arrival time delay. The tires arrived, I was notified and scheduled immediately. No ifs, and, or excuses.

Oil change, rotate and balance shouldn't take almost 2 hours.

The tires and alignment work was good. The communication about prices was poor.

Service was timely.

My service rep made sure I understood what was available and the cost.

Purchased a new tire and when they mounted the tire they took a big chunk out of by brand new rim. They never even told me it happened - I had to discover it on my own.

Initially, I thought I needed two tires, and the sales associate informed me that a sensor was bad. What great savings! Honest and knowledgeable. the spare tire was also checked for the pressure which is something I would never have thought of.

This gay swap my apoitment from 10 am to 11am. I can not belive it...Bad.

I had a flat tire and they were able to help me within a short time with out an appointment.

I made an appointment for a simple oil change. My appointment was early afternoon so I expected a little longer wait time. Took 2 hours for an oil change. When I arrived to see why it was taking so long there were 5 guys leaning up against my hood. After arriving suddenly they were done with the oil change. Pulled my truck out to the parking lot and just before leaving they noticed a leak. At the same time there was a young guy that was running his mouth about having to "hurry" up and change the oil as if it was an inconvenience to him and as if I had just dropped my truck off and was being impatient. 4 days later my truck broke down in the middle of a very busy road and suddenly stopped working and came on with low oil pressure warning. After having it towed to the shop they figured out that they didn't put enough oil in my truck. I have had nothing but good reviews and was very disappointed with all the trouble that I had to go through when it was just a simple oil change.

Same day service. I got an online quote for 4 tires, called to see if installation could be same day (immediately), didn’t have 4 in stock, clerk upgraded me to the next up set of 4 tires, installed right away (90 minute wait) for the price of the original quote.
