Big O Tires

Fit me in, fixes the issues, a bit pricy.

I scheduled my appointment/purchase online. The tires that I selected were unavailable at the time, but the store contacted me and provided me with a couple of different options similar to the tire that I picked out. I went with the next tire up in the brand I had originally purchased and the store worked it out that the cost difference was less than $10 total.

I bought my first round of tires at your location. I decided to take it back in and get struts and shocks put on as well as brakes etc. I made the appt and dropped it off and ubered back to my office. Two hours later i get a call and was told that they quoted me wrong and the price went from 2300 to 5K. I ubered back and they apologized they got the quote wrong. When Rich was there during my initial tire purchase the place was impressive. In my recent experience my suggestion would be..... whenever Rich is gone someone needs to be present to keep his standard of customer service set hi. Its nice your business is busy but lack of greeting when you initially walk thru the door needs to happen. Constant garage to desk interruptions makes it difficult for customers to be taken care of. Almost a cocky we're busy you can wait feel. First visit.....very impressed. Second visit, not.

Everytime i go to big o, i always receive excellent service. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. And big o offers great competitive prices.

I have never had problems with my tire pressure sensor and it was broken in the process of having my tire replaced. Now, it blinks constantly and is showing that I have 0 Psi in my tire.

Ready when promised

My only issue was being told a price going into a service and then trying to change said price half way through the job.

Had my car at another shop, luckily they were ding bats so I could take it here. I was able to get the tires I wanted with a discount. I will return when I need tires again!

Called earlier in the day and was told as long as I got there by 5:30 they could get me in and out quick. I got there at 5:15 and was there for 2 hours.

Associates were very professional and polite. Even without an appointment they were able to get me in and out quickly.

This place was great for their customer service but... I had 2 bulbs burnt out. The tech replaced one of the bulbs (running light) for me, however the other bulb (tail light) that needed replaced and they told me when they put a new bulb in it that the light still didn't work and they would need to have me bring it back to do more diagnostic work on it. My husband looked at it when I got home and found that they tested the wrong bulb ( there were 2 bulbs in that compartment and the tech only tested the one which was already working). So thru our own diagnostic work, So we fixed the problem ourselves. We really like this place but was surprised and disappointed that something so easy got missed by an expert tech and ultimately could have cost me a lot more money and wasted time. I was impressed by the customer service I received. It says a lot about a company. Thanks

You guys always do a great job, but this past service I waited an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation, even with an appointment.

Got in had my tire repaired. Had a clean place to wait.had coffee and water for te customers and the football game was on. Being g new to the area the service at this store was excellent. I will used them again.Frank Bondurant

The last three visits I have had to ask the technician to reset my oil setting on my car to 100%. Also, on the last visit when I checked my car before leaving the parking lot I found two of the caps for the tire stems had been broken and put back on. I showed them to the clerk and he changed them out for me.

Prompt friendly service. I have been there quite a few times and they tell me what should be done next to my old car. I bring it in over time as I can afford the next thing.

I brought my car in at 7:30 am to have the oil changed. I told the clerk they could have it all day as I didn't need it. By 5:00 pm my car still was not finished and I was told it would not be ready until 5:15 or 5:30... it still was not done. It was finally finished at 5:45... 45 minutes after the store was supposed to close!

As long as Devon is working there I will continue doing business with Big O Tires. He has been great in communicating all aspects of service my SUV needs. Devon demonstrate genuine concern you and your vehicle needs. He is truly a valuable asset, I hope the company see it, because I certainly do. It's always a pleasure and comforting seeing he is there. You know you're going to be taken care of.

Requested service was performed well however, driving away from store I noticed an unusual sound coming from under the hood. Upon inspection I found 2 of the spark plug wires had been pushed down such that the fan was striking them. Only the outer wrapping was damaged on these rather expensive wires so that they weren't completely damaged.
