Big O Tires

A free alignment check? That would have been awesome especially since I have used Big O'Tires for all of my tire needs exclusively for the last 5 years. It seems that 2 hours for an oil change, rotate and balance is a very long time. I was quoted 1 hr 15 mins and I was on time for my appt at 8am. Did not receive an apology or acknowledgement as to the length going 45 mins longer than told.

HONESTY! I was prepared in case I needed new tires. But she assured me that once the one tire was repaired the car would be road safe. So your honesty saved me money but assures I will return.

The car was fixed properly, but they ended up breaking up one of my center cup of the wheel

I called on a Sunday to see about getting new tires before we were to get bad weather the next day. Rich was very friendly on the phone and explained all of the different tire options and prices when I got to the store. He got me in the same day and was great to work with.

My experience from making my appointment by telephone to checking out was great. Customer service was tops. The work was completed in at timely manner. A couple of items were brought to my attention but no undo pressure to make a decision at that moment.

low tire light wasn't reset before returning the vehicle as ready - now I will have to go back in to get it reset, or perhaps all tires weren't checked - rather concerning.

Feel like I’m part of the family. I know several associates by first name and they all greet me as though I’m part of the family. They’ve taken care of my entire family and the associates are the reason we continue to give them our patronage.

I was just looking for a cheap oil change and that's what I got. Good service, got out in 45 minutes.

I scheduled my appointment/purchase online. The tires that I selected were unavailable at the time, but the store contacted me and provided me with a couple of different options similar to the tire that I picked out. I went with the next tire up in the brand I had originally purchased and the store worked it out that the cost difference was less than $10 total.
