I took my car in to get aligned and they were very helpful!! fixed my car, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and always kept me informed on what was going on with my car.

Would give them five stars, but even with an appointment you're waiting an hour and a half... What's the point of making the appointment!?!? Irritating.

My rear passenger tire, was losing air... as it turned out it had a roofing nail in it. There was no charge to complete the repair. I am extremely grateful for the Lawrence, KS Big-O Team. They've always been there for me for all tire and service issues. Thank you, Tim McCall

My tire pressure light came on as I was driving home.The next day several lights came on .. Not sure if one tire was low or not. Will take it to my dealer for an oil change and find out.

I always get good service so quickly and explained very well. I was sorry to hear that my tire situation (a nail letting air out) couldn't be simply patched, but it was explained very well, and a car dealer and friend later commented that I got a very good deal.

My only complaint is that they often have Fox News on the tv. I would prefer something that's non-political like the Weather Channel. Other than that, they're great.

Daughter blew out a tire. Called another tire place based on a recommendation from a friend. It was closer to her apartment too. They didn’t answer their phone. I had her car towed to Big O, as I called them they answered. I always go there because I know they will get it done quickly, and they did.

I have been served by Big O Tires for several years and have always found stellar service for what needs I have had. Associates and Management has always treated me fair, been kind and understand when high dollar repairs create financial hardship for people and appreciate the empathy shown when they deliver the news. Thank you Cory for management of an amazing place to trust and rely on.

I made appt. for oil change and tire rotation. was told sway bar need to be replaced, which could not be done that day, but was told I could make appt for next day and would only take about 30 minutes to replace. was on time for appt, and my car was never taken in for 45 minutes. after waiting for well over 1 1/2 hours I questioned if there was problem. finally after 2 hours waiting my car is done. I left on trip to Michigan the next day, and my oil gage said I had only 15% oil life left. I do not know if this was not reset. my trip is a 12 hour drive, and the stress, worrying if you forgot or did the oil change even take place. i have taken my car to you for everything and have always been thankful when you have seen issues with my car that need to be addressed and have taken care. i understand things come up, but, maybe you are overbooking yourself. your customers may have other commitments, or appts they have to meet, so when you say 1 hour or 2 hours to complete service and it ends up being much longer???
