My wife and I are expecting a baby in the next couple months. Our budget is limited. Shea at the Lawrence, Kansas store helped us get the best tires possible and even beat the price per tire of a cheaper company. Very happy with the service I recieved!

They were quick getting the car serviced done and told me what they found that needed fixed for another visit ,when I was ready to get these things done. They told me it was not a safety issue, so I had sometime to get these items done.

The personnel at this location are amazing. They are always friendly. Shea remembers me from previous visits and greets me by name. The guys don't "talk down" to me and provide clear information. Above all, this location has always done everything they can to accommodate my schedule and needs, including working with me and my teenage sons when I am out of town or in a crunch.

The price of my oil change was a good value.

They are friendly, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I feel I can trust their judgement on what needs to get done, ability to get work done, and price.

Went in for a frontend alignment and came out with two new tires and a tie rod. Two of my tires had uneven wear and had little to no tread. Spent more than I planned, but knowing my vehicle was highway ready was worth it.

The staff at Big O Tire has seen me through 3 cars. They call before anything unexpected is found and do not assume to fix it. I have bought at least 2 full sets of tires, brakes, and many oil changes. Coffee, a clean bathroom, and honesty, what more could a person ask for?!

This Lawrence, KS store has been seeing to my vehicle's needs for quite a few years now both in regular service and occasionally in emergencies and I have never been disappointed. Friendly and fair service are definitely hallmarks of this store. They really went out of their way in finding a rare ABS pump for my 98' Cherokee XJ.

I took my car in to get aligned and they were very helpful!! fixed my car, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and always kept me informed on what was going on with my car.

I went in at 4:30 and asked them to fix a leaking tire and rotate them. They weren't able to fix my tire but i did end up buying a new set of tires and they fixed the TPMS sensor. And finished everything by 6pm when they closed. They were very friendly and helpful.
