Big O Tires

Cory, Devon, and Steve are always super helpful whenever I have been in there and that is fairly often lately with two 2004 vehicles that are at the stage of needing a little attention. I have been going to that station for years and have developed a great relationship built on trust with Devon and Steve. I appreciate their willingness to talk through each potential repair and walk away feeling that what was needed for each vehicle was done right.

Blew a tire on my trailer on moving day from my house. Tires O Big replaced and had me on the road in less than 20 minutes. Perfect.

Everytime I come there I’m always treated with respect and always explained things when I get confused since I don’t know anything about cars. I feel very comfortable coming here knowing that I’m getting good service.

Steve was very helpful getting me a quote and gave me a good explanation of pricing. Securing the tires and getting the car in and of service was timely and proficient. But when I picked up my car, I expected an explanation of the billing.

Dante Boykins was WONDERFUL to work with. I had to buy tires for my niece who goes to school at KU. She could not come home for Thanksgiving to get her new tires at our "regular " shop. I had take care of this over the phone and then send her to the location to have the work completed. He made it very easy to set up the appointment and put me at ease the tires would be correct and the work done. Great employee-great attitude-will return here to have work done.

The tech that helped me at first was a little not sure of himself (maybe new to position) but check out was fine.

The tires I wanted were available and the price was lower than I expected. Got in and out quickly!

I've had my oil changed and tires rotated a half dozen times at Big O, and never had an issue until this last time.I specifically made an appointment to avoid waiting, but over an hour and a half later I was still sitting in the waiting room (with my 5 year old and a 4 month old infant).Thankfully my kids did great, but the wait was HORRIBLE.It should not have taken that long.I was infuriated.

I didn't make an appointment, just went in to price some tires. They said they could get me in that day with about an hour's wait for some tires I wanted. I went ahead and purchased the tires and was driving off the lot in less than an hour.

I had a good experience there in Lawrence, KS. The staff were friendly, especially the manager, and the tires look and feel great. They were expensive, even with a discount through the getting them through the car dealer we purchased our car from, but maybe that's just the way oil prices are now....I'd go back to Big O

This was my first visit to Big O Tires. The gentlemen working behind the counter were great! Very professional but easy to talk to also. My oil change was completed in less than the estimated time.
