Big O Tires

My only problem is I like this store so I come there from KC I had a 10.30 appt and I was there till after 12 noon 12.15 to be exact for just oil change and rotate tires why have appt if I am going to be there that long .

A problem that i had with a tire that did not hold air was resolved very easily and I thank those at Big-Os for their care and attention to this situation.

The attitude of the employees and how they offered other services but no high pressure. Excellent customer service. Employees very kind! I used to go to Sams to purchase tires but definitely not the same experience. I will come back to Big O Tires based upon the customer service I received from the Lawrence KS location. This was my first time at Big O Tires and very impressed.

Went out to my 1998 Honda civic to go to work and saw that I had a flat tire...first one in several years, so I went down to BigOTires to get it fixed. The place was packed and I thought it would be a while before they could get to me. But I was surprised that I was taken care of quickly and by the time my ride got there I saw my car was already in the garage being taken care of.I got a call about 30 minutes later letting me know my front tires were bald (I knew they were in bad shape) and I agreed to buy two new tires... on sale at $80 a pop. I have 5 kids and four are driving, so I have 6 cars and have purchased tires for all of them at BigOTires.... considering this and the fact that I was buying two more that day, I thought I just might get a free tire repair ....nope.So I mentioned to the manager that the guys across the street (Discount Tire) fixed flats for free for their customers... No dice, I was charged full price just like someone who had never bought a thing at the store. Everyone was friendly and the experience overall was good, butI will be checking out the guys across the street the next time I need tires.I am guessing that they are friendly too and they reward customers for buying a single tire, were as BigOTires didn't reward me for buying two dozen.

Friendly, communicative staff. Inexpensive service.

Recommended that I get my transmission check prior to paying for other repairs. This level of customer sercvice and looking out for my best interest will keep me coming back.

First of all, this is a great location and the service is solid. It's never cheap to buy good tires, but this crew has always been amazing to work with.

During my visit, I scheduled an appointment day of and was able to come in early ahead of schedule. The tires I requested for that day were not all readily available (wasn’t too phased by that). The employees at the front desk were able to accommodate and suggest tires based off of what I currently had in my vehicle and what was compatible. Highly knowledgeable staff who was willing to work to find a solution for not having all tires that were requested in stock.

The associates were great at communicating issues they found, the pricing estimate, and they got it done sooner than expected. It was nice having the coffee and water available as well since I was waiting in the lobby

Had a appointment time to get new tires while i waited. It was close to the time they told me it would take. It was a good experience and it helped that i already new the guy's that work there. The tires i bought i am happy with. Made my vehicle ride much better.

This was my first visit with this particular vehicle. I had an appointment at 9am. I dropped it off and had a call within an hour saying the vehicle was ready. They recommended that I consider new tires soon (but did not in any way "push" me to make a decision). I had a $10 coupon which the associate forgot to ring off the bill, but when I pointed it out they quickly corrected it. Very friendly staff and I consistently receive quality service there.
