Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. The work was completed quickly and the process was very smooth and easy.

It was relatively easy to schedule an appointment online. Based on the number if other patrons already waiting, I thought my wait was acceptable. I didn’t wait long, at all though.

We got a flat while we were out running errands. We stopped at Big O and we got right in. We had purchased the insurance when we bought the tires and it saved us more than $200! We walked to the grocery store and did our shopping while they replaced the tire and we were on our way in less than an hour.

The staff have always been courteous. They have my vehicle ready to go in the time specified and are not pushy about recommended service.
