Big O Tires

I blew a warranted BIG O tire on the highway.While waiting for help I called to make sure they had the tire that would need to be replaced in stock and make an appointment.It was the Friday before a Holiday Weekend so VERY BUSY!They told me to just come on in and they would take a look.I got there at around 10:00 the next morning and was done by 11:15.I had to pay for a new warranty the a new sensor but they covered the tire.They were nice and jovial even through they were SUPER busy!I will go back

The associates are always so nice when I come into Big O Tires. Prices are fair and always under what others would charge which is awesome! Keep it up.

This is the only Big O location I've visited, but Cory puts a premium on customer service. I feel like his associates treat my vehicle the same way they would treat theirs.

The service on the car was good, but I was getting tech work done and also an ip oil change. I specifically asked for one tech by Name to do all the work on my car. When I got there to pay I find out not only did a different tech do the work(when I scheduled the appointment with the other tech), but the oil change was done by a GS. If a customer requests a certain tech to do the work honor the request.

The service was good and completed in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and checkout went quickly.

Big O employees have always been kind and courteous. They assist me with all my fleet maintenance and needs. They call me and explain in detail what needs to be done.

Great service. The price of each tire was $50.00 higher and without a free warranty as offered by an on-line store. This will influence my future purchases.

I was having a really rough weekend. I had blown a tire, found out my spare tire was flat, and then realized my back tire had a bubble in it. I had called multiple places and no one could get my tires in until Monday or Tuesday or they wanted to charge an arm and a leg to put them on. This location told me they could get me in and done before they closed at 5, told me they had 4 tires ready to go, and gave me an amazing price. I also noticed they cleaned a lot while I was waiting on my vehicle. Overall great customer service and extremely satisfied with my experience here. Thank you so much to everyone that works here for being such great people!

For the rating above, I gave product knowledge and expertise a 3 because there was not an NA, was never asked I knew what I wanted. As for the Quality of service, I had an 11:00 appointment and said I didn't' need the car right away so it was not a big rush on it. I called the store at 3:30 because I have not heard anything and they were "just getting started on it" I realize that mechanics get busy but it's ridiculous that the car was put to the back of the line because I didn't need it right away. Then when I asked about it, was just told "we got busy". If an appointment is made an effort should be to get it out in a timely fashion. Not put it at the back of the line and inconvenience the customer that actually made an appointment and was not a walk-in.

They have always been super friendly and very willing to help with information and/or service. One of the incidents I saw about 2 years ago made a huge impression on me. I was waiting in the lobby one time and there was an older gentlemen also waiting to have some work done on his vehicle. This gentleman was having a little trouble as he was not too ambulatory and struggled with his mobility. He was drinking some hot coffee and accidentally spilled it on himself and the floor. Of course he was embarrassed and apologetic but I know too that he had burned his legs with the hot coffee. I don't recall the associate's name, but he came from behind the counter with some rags and attended to the gentleman with great concern and compassion. He reassured the gentleman that it was okay and that he was concerned with his well-being and not the coffee on the floor. The associate really handled the accident well and worked hard at showing compassion and making sure this gentleman's dignity remained intact. Hats off to a great crew! Big O will be the only place I go for tires and service for sure!
