Big O Tires

I greatly appreciate the knowledge and information about my vehicle that is conveyed during the phone call after the vehicle is evaluated and near ready to be picked up. However, I rarely have something to write down information with me during the call, so I can't take notes on the condition of the vehicle or the recommended maintenance actions. It would be greatly appreciated if Big O would make it a policy to type that information in the notes of the invoice that is printed at pick-up and check-out. I find myself writing notes on the printed out invoice from memory and I know that I forget things. I realize this is extra work, but the customer would appreciate having that information in writing and in the computer system for future reference.

Quotes are a bit confusing - would be helpful to get 3 to five choices with out-the-door pricing on one sheet of paper, instead of being told a number and getting a page per tire quote.

Easy to get scheduled, checked in and checked out. Waiting area was spaced out and clean. Everyone wearing a mask. Lots of sanitizer available. Communicated the findings on my vehicle and was not pressured to purchase unnecessary products or services

I was satisfied with my visit because the employees were friendly and I was able to talk to them about what to do next with my car and be able to price things to what I would need to get started with first.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are great at explaining any issues that are found and providing information around when and why I should get these issues fixed, but I never feel pressured into getting the work done right then and there. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism I receive, and I always leave feeling confident in the work that has been done on my car. I send both of my college-age daughters to Big O Tires anytime they encounter issues with their car because I trust in their work, and that puts my mind at ease knowing my girls are that much safer on the road.

I was able to get my car in for a diagnostic test right there when I arrived. I was told what it was & I scheduled my appt that day. The service was completed within 1.5 hrs! The price total was given to me prior to service. I would recommend Big O tires to my friends & neighbors.
