They accommodated me immediately. I was able to stay in my car while they replaced the headlight on my car. This allowed me to visit while my daughters were sleeping in the back during nap time.

Its easy to get scheduled for an appointment and I can get an appointment on Sundays which is awesome. They get me right in and its done quickly.

Big O always does a great job of checking the car's fluids and tires. All of my cars go there...even while still under warranty.

I was told that I did not need a new wheel bearing - that saved me $500 when they could have said nothing and done work that was not really necessary. I really am impressed with their integrity!

It's always a good experience, even if not always inexpensive! The people are great! This a/c service trip was $133+/- and it's not done yet. They put a dye into the freon system to check for a leak & that needs to be checked in a few days. They have always been sensitive to my budget and could have charged more for stuff I didn't need several times, but integrity and honesty are part of their DNA. I appreciate them!

Shay and Rich and everybody is really great. I called same day and they worked me in if I was able to leave the vehicle. I bought tires there a couple years ago and haven’t been anywhere else. Thank you!

Very efficient, and friendly service

I called on a Sunday morning with a tire light on and I was told to bring it in at any time. When I came in I was helped immediately. The employee sent right out to look at the tires, told me that he saw a nail, then told me he was going to check to see how long the wait was (they were pretty busy). He came back to let me know that it would be a while- about 1-2 hours- then offered me a loaner car! I had no appointment and I did not expect that at all! I was called within an hour and a half. Upon my return I was told that everything looked great, they checked all of my tires, nothing was wrong, but if I noticed anything to bring it back in. I was not charged for anything! Absolutely FANTASTIC service!!!

I came in for an alignment and somehow when they was putting my car on the lift they bent something I don't remember what it was called. They didn't tell me that it was bent. I was driving home and my car was super loud. So I took it back and one of your service guys (Tall kind of reddish colored hair) took my car and found the issue. He gave me some options whether to fix what they bent, or some free oil changes or they would credit my alignment. I accepted the oil changes and he gave me a gift card. Really nice guy and very apologetic.

They were able to get my car in for an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. I was able to wait for my car and it was ready in a timely manner. The associates were also knowledgeable about what was wrong with my car and how to fix the problem.

When I raised an issue, it was immediately taken care of. Also they were very honest about my needing an alignment. I really appreciated them not trying to sell me something I did not need.

Employees were very friendly. Vehicle drop off was very easy.

It was a busy Sunday and my tire was repaired before the end of the day. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My only complaint is that the plastic shield for the spare was not put on the spare when it was put back under the car. It doesn't help the spare and I can see why maybe it would be ignored but if this happens again and I need to stow my allow wheel there, I'll want it.

Have dealt with this store before, and know how well the associates there were with fulfilling my needs.
