Found out I had a nail in my tire early in the day and checked prices around town not only was the price competitive but had everything in stock and done very quickly where other places could not and I had to wait days for parts. Thank you guys!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

They are a great knowledgeable group. Pricing is good and work is done right. They make me feel as a valuable customer from start to finish, and even after. They take the time to answer questions and give you the best options for you individual needs. I don't feel taken advantage of when I leave.

Great customer service! Shea is awesome she’s such a super hero and an amazing employee. I hope she’s there every time I come by in the future. There was another guy there who made the process easy too, I wish I had his name but he was chill and very helpful, even after I showed up at 6:01pm to pick up my car.

These folks were super to work with. They gave us complete and accurate information except they told me it would take approximately 2 hrs. to complete my service needs. It only took 1 hr. and I was not able to finish my coffee. Absolutely unconscionable. Oh well, probably didn't need it anyway. Will always return for needed service.

The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Rich was really awesome I called to see if they could repair a tire for me, the tire couldn't be repaired and he helped me with finding tires for my vehicle.

Not specifically from todays visit but a few months ago my wife’s vehicle was stolen. Upon the return of our vehicle we had Big O Tires check it over. They fixed the alignment free of charge. Just an amazing bunch at the Lawrence Kansas location. Top notch.
