I've been using Big O for a while now. I've never had a bad experience. I love that they are honest and do not take advantage that I'm a little slow in the car department.

I love you guys....and always get tires for all my cars at my Big O. The only thing I can say that is not 100% positive, is that scheduling with you guys is like setting an appointment at a Dr office. The appt may be at 3:00 and you will get checked in right away, but you dont see the Dr until much later. The best solution is for me to always remember to just drop off the car, and come back later on. But you guys are the best. And OPEN ON SUNDAYS!!!!! YE HAW

As a female, I can sometimes feel super intimidated at an auto shop. This place makes me feel very comfortable!! And I love the convenience of the online appointment scheduler.

My tire light came on after I had to drive thru debris across the road. They inspected my tires to be certain of no leaks. Adding air was required to be excessive low temperatures. Worked me in and promptly took care of my problem.

By far the best experience I've had buying tires. Customer service was top notch. Most stores can not achieve a 10 but this store goes to 11. I would give the store and staff an 11!

Quick and thorough

I always have a wonderful experience in this shop. The people who work here are wonderful! I had a couple of questions about what they were planning on doing to my car and they explained everything without making me feel like I knew nothing. They are very down to earth and take the time to know their customers.

I have only used Big O once but that experience sticks out to me because of how great the customer service was. I went in for an oil change and although there were several things wrong with my car, I was never pushed or coerced into having them repaired that day. I received a print out of the price breakdown for various repairs and was allowed to pick and choose none/some/or all to fix at my leisure. I had them replace my tires and left tie rod as well as do the oil change. Fast forward several days, my car is still shaking which I thought the new tires, tie rod, and alignment would fix. I take it back in thinking they messed up somehow so they take they put the car on the lift, take the tires off, and show me how the rotors I'd recently had replaced (2 months ago) by a different mechanic I'd been going to for years were bad and that's why it was shaking. Not only did they show me what was wrong, so I wouldn't just assume they were trying to shirk the blame, they also fixed the other mechanic's mistake for free so that my car would no longer shake. I have high praise of the customer service at this Big O's and I will definitely be going back!

They are nice every time we come and visit them. They always explain everything and do there very best to get what we want.

When I called, Shay answered the phone both times and had great customer service both times. She was very kind and knowledgeable and made sure to get my info down. Scheduling was super easy and they had an appointment when I needed it. Everyone was kind and the service was quick. The price I got for my tires was great. I will go back for other services that they provide.

I have used them for a few years now.They do a great job of keeping my vehicles in good condition.

The folks at this store are always good to work with. Big O and Michelin had a nice promotion going on for Presidents day
