They staff was friendly and definitely helpful and called me when there was a problem to talk about pricing and what I wanted to do. Very kind and being someone who knows nothing of cars I'd say I paid a decent price for what I got. My father who has worked on cars fir 40+ years thinks I overpaid and got screwed over

What can I say? You guys (and Shay) are awesome! I brag about you regularly to others & have at least two "praise reports" from people that gave you a try. This last time, I had a noise that wasn't cooperating for your technician to hear it - until the other morning, when he and I took a drive. The diagnosis was easy after that, and the car has a new blower motor for the heat/ac and I have a lot more air flow! I didn't know how bad it was (I bought the car used) until after the repair! Now - if there was just a "senior discount" of about 20%.....

A great experience, I made an appointment online and within minutes received a phone call. They did inform me the tires I had selected would be a few days to get, but offered a more expensive tire at the same price if I came in that day. Worked out great for me, got great tires and a great price not to mention they were done with it before I finished grocery shopping just down the street. I will definitely be going back! I've used another tire place in the past and have never liked their high pressure sales and got none of that here!

We get all our oil changes and buy our tires from Big O. I had an issue with my front bearings going out. They could have easily talked me into having them fix it. But instead they told me to check with my warranty to see if it was covered. They are very honest and highly recommend them!!!

Fast and easy

I needed 4 new tires and got a great deal on a 50k mile set. All employees were friendly and helpful and listened to my concerns.

I brought two vehicles to get oil changes. One is my older GMC Sierra. They identified a few potential issues, but called with all the details before doing any work. Super happy with the communication and service. Even scheduled a 3 month follow up oil change on my Sierra to make sure everything continues to look good.
