Big O Tires

I was so impressed by the friendliness, efficiency, and expertise of the two staff members who helped me. They took care of testing my flat tire, ordering a new one and servicing the car in a very efficient manner and were accurate on their estimate of how long it would take. Then, they were courteous enough to provide me with a ride back to my home so I could get my mother to bring me back when it was done. Everyone was so nice! I would return if I have another tire issue and am already recommending your business to others. Thank you!

Scheduled appt online & picked a tire. Quickly recd call that that tire was out if stock but offered a replacement. Service was done in the time we were told & recd a call too.

I have had a great experience each time I have been to Big O Tires. At my last service visit, my wheel lock was missing from the car, instead of completing service without telling me I received a call letting me the issue and providing options.

I only use Big O. I have been here several times from minor to major repairs and they are ALWAYS fast, friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and best of all affordable. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Everyone that works there goes out of the way to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Great crew from top to bottom.

The tires I put in cart from website weren't available when I got there the manager got me a set of slightly higher priced tires but kept the same price as the ones I had selected. Everyone was very nice and patient with the customers during my wait time there and they were extremely busy that day.

I was very pleased with my experience at Big O Tire! Cory was very pleasant with me and everyone that he greeted and had contact with. He answered all of my questions with satisfaction. The lobby was very pleasant and relaxing, a nice place to wait while my tires were put on. Big O Tire is now my go to place to have my car maintenance done!
