Big O Tires

We use BigOtires as our primary auto service location. They are convenient (I walk between home and shop) and have taken care of everything we have needed. I like that they notice things we have not and take care of them!

Rich was extremely helpful and courteous. He got my truck repaired in a timely matter. I have used this shop on several occasions to repair/service my vehicles. I have recommended this shop to several people and will continue to do so!! Again, thanks again Rich!!

This team is truly amazing! I had an issue with one of my tires, and I had to come in an hour before closing. I apologized for the inconvenience, but they assured me that they would have taken care of me even if had come in right at closing. They truly care about their customers and do their best to provide the highest quality service. Not only did they have me back on the road within an hour, they fixed my spare tire and provided me with a tire warranty at almost no additional cost. I am beyond impressed with their customer service, their dedication, and their dependability. If I could give Big O Tires higher than a 5/5 rating, I would!

I am a long-time Firestone customer who moved to the NW quadrant of Lawrence last November. My front passenger tire needed a repair and I couldn’t justify the time to drive across town during an unusually busy work week. My appointment was made online for first thing, Monday, March 29. Shea Visser greeted me at the shop. She was professional and engaging. The car was completed sooner than anticipated and I was not charged for the repair. (I had previously confessed my Firestone loyalty.) Jacob Breech did the repair. A man assisted in the checkout process- I’m sorry that I didn’t get his name - but he was pleasant and efficient. So, Big O, you won me over. The next time I have any tire-related issue, I’ll use your online appointment system and swing by. Thank you! And please thank your staff on my behalf. I am a repeat customer.The service is always good and the staff is very friendly. They take the time to explain everything to me in terms I can understand. I also appreciate that I can afford most of the services that I need.

I made your service due to getting your coupons in the mail, and called to clarify the offers then set schedule. Staff didn't need to make offers because I was already prepared with requests. The oil change discount first got my attention, then including free tire rotation got me in motion. Willing to pay for wiper fluid, I was surprised to learn it is included for free. Then an employee able to provide me a ride for my afternoon activity nearby. It all went very well

Rich and the crew know my vehicle inside and out. They are very aware of my goal of keeping my 2007 Fj in good running condition. Whether it be tires, belts, alternators, spark plugs, oil changes, shocks or most recently new running boards they help me on every request. Not just tires anymore!!

The service guy was great. I am following up on the advice I was given on my tractor tires.

I wasn’t able to make an appointment because they were all full but I was still able to get my car in and get fixed the next day in a timely manner.

They did my brakes and oil. It was a very reasonable price, finished early, and I feel secure while driving

Easy to get in to, great communication, and faster than predicted service.

First, absolutely everyone that saw me, greeted me and offered to help. I only went in for a 'road force balance.' Buying "discount" tires was a huge mistake that will never happen again. I have had them balanced by 6 different shops with no avail. The tires are simply JUNK!! I worked primarily with the store manger who stepped out of his office to scan waiting room. He began asking my name, if I had ever been there before (it may have been obvious) what I was having done (my car was already in the shop at the time) and if he could be of any other service. I told him of my problem and took me to a tire on the wall and explained what to look for in a tire. There's a guy that gave a 4* rating stating that the tires were $50 less on line.. Let me tell you why! They're JUNK!! They won't balance! No matter where you take them! I've checked price tire for tire and this place even has my rim for less than what I paid. I will never go any place else. And to the guy said it took a little long for an oil change.. My last one at Hell-mart, with tire rotation, took 3 hours and 45 minutes. Enough said. Big O' rocks. Great job!
