This was the BEST service I ever received at a car maintenance/tire shop. Because of how well I was treated, I will always return to Big O Tires and recommend it to everyone. My partner picked up my car and asked for a tire pricing inquiry and was walked through the entire process, step by step even though it was near their closing time. The employees really know how to treat their customers and make them feel like they are their number one priority. Not to mention the pricing to get my tire patched was great and they did it all in one day. I can't believe I got such a great service. Thank you guys so much. I am a VERY pleased customer and will be returning time and time again.

I got a flat tire and was able to drive to the shop without an appointment and received prompt, considerate service. They squeezed me in between other appointments and were faster than they projected. Very quick and professional!
