This was my first time using Big O. I will absolutely come back and recommend others. Having to get a new tire is never something I'm going to look forward to, but you all made it easy and quick. I didn't feel pushed at all and left there feeling good about the entire experience. Thank you.

Have done service with them for a number of years now, and come to expect the same high degree of service with them.

I used them less than a week ago, customer service explained everything about warranty of my tires and I was able to buy a hazard warranty at a low price which allowed the tire repair to be free.

I felt like staff when above and beyond what I expected. Have already recommended to others.

I came in on a Saturday without an appointment to see if they could diagnose and fix my car's headlight. (The problem wasn't the bulb, so I didn't know what was wrong.) Not only did they diagnose the problem, which was a broken wire, they spliced it together so that the headlight would work again. All from a place that specializes in tires, brakes, etc., and all without an appointment, and all for a very reasonable price. Not only that, they had the car fixed about 2.5 hours earlier than they initially said they would. I am delighted. As you know, a broken headlight presents urgency to fix, since it not only is a safety hazard but is a problem that can get one stopped by police and issued a ticket for. Big O Tires came through in spectacular fashion to put my mind at ease...and on a Saturday without an appointment (how many auto repair shops can do that?). I'm elated that there is a place just down the road I can count on for a superior effort to get me back on the road safely.

My 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser is my favorite vehicle. I trust the BigO crew to take care of my mechanical needs. I would send my mother, my best friend and people who need a fair assessment of car problems they may have to this BigO dealer.

Our daughter came in near closing time because she heard a noise on her car. The clerk took the car for a drive and determined a loose cover under the bumper and refastened it with some zip ties and she was on her way.

Free alignment check was unnecessary, we knew it needed an alignment! Always excellent service!!

Had been hearing some off and on high pitched squealing from my relatively new brake pads and rotors. Called a shop in town to see if they could check it out and report back and they didn’t have any availability to do a quick check until 2 weeks from when I called. Decided to check with Big O on Wednesday afternoon and they were able to get me scheduled for Friday. Alerted me twice about the inspection fee but when they checked it over, including a road test, and didn’t discover any glaring causes for the noise, they did not charge me a penny. They had every right to still charge for their time but they didn’t. That kind of service and understanding is often not easy to come by in the auto repair industry and as a customer, I really appreciate the courtesy. It’s those things that make me think of Big O Tires before other shops when I need something done on my vehicle that I can’t do or don’t have the time to do (or wait for).
