My old 96 Ford ranger needed an alignment and new tires. I thought I needed four new tires when the associate told me I only need two. This is how you get customers for life! And they fixed the alignment and he’ll the rattling under the tire!

Cory, Devon, and Steve and everyone there are the best! They are knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and our family always goes there! I know they are honest and always feel I can trust them!

The team at the Lawrence location is great. All of them are very helpful and friendly. I would named all but I am horrible with name, the two I usually talk to are Rich and Jeremy, every so often the young lady that works the counter.

I absolutely love how I was greeted when I walked in the store and how I was kept up to date during the process. They made everything simple and clear when explaining my car issues and also even recommended me to try another location which deals specifically with my car. I love going to this big o tire because they never disappoint.

Got new set tires after 4:30 on Friday before memorial weekend was booked up told them I could schedule on less busy day but they said no problem they would get it done and they did great service on busy day much appreciated!!!!

This was not my First visit to this Big O Store. The last time was several years ago. Inquiring and purchasing tires. I was not terribly disenchanted but I did not feel more than a "Customer" at that time. I also felt the price was a little higher than usual. This time however, I had wanted to have some extensive work done on my 2006 Ford Mustang. Of the five local service centers I Contacted for pricing, Big O was the only one interested enough to even return a quote. The counter person "Shea", was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, and most of all, "Interested" enough to fulfill my request. She even called me by name! I will have more service work needed on my vehicles, and will keep Big O on my list of service providers.

They were very understanding about what I needed done to my car and explained the problem very clearly to me. I just had new tires put on a week earlier by someone else, but they didn't change the valve stems. The guys at Big-O-Tires made it right and quickly, too!

Everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the products and procedures. Techs were extremely fast about getting my car in and out. Most shops would have my car all day. I got 4 new tires and an alignment in less than an hour and a half. Very pleased and will return.

I had a flat enrollee to Kansas City and made it to Lawrence. We were able to get a tow and I called Big O to see if it could go there. They were so very kind and said they could take care of it. I went and made arrangements with Rich, who couldn't have been nicer. When I returned from Kansas City, the work was done, the price was great and they even helped put my key back on my key ring. It was a great experience and I couldn't have been happier or more appreciative of the help in a semi emergency situation. Thanks.
