Big O Tires

This was my 1st visit to Big O Tires but it won't be the last! Friendly, professional & just all around GREAT experience!!

I had a flat tire that needed fixing or replacing. The associate, Dionte (I think) determined it needed replacing and explained to me why. They put the new tire on the car. When I was leaving I hear a new clicking sound coming from the car. I went back to the store. At 5:30 on a Friday evening, the manager cheerfully jumped in my car to have a listen, then had me drive slowly while he walked along and listened. He wheeled the car back into one of the bays at the shop and quickly found something had lodged in the tire tread and was causing the sound. He removed it and sent me on my way with a smile. I appreciate the extra care the team showed.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. We took a flat tire in repair in for repair. Repair was done in a timely manner.

Big O always treats me right. I never feel like they are condescending even when I have a lot of questions. On this trip, they forgot a service but decided to refund it to me and do it for me free at a later date. Excellent customer service!

AC issues, worked when driving and quit while I was in idle.Big O's AC guy was off on Friday 6/17/16 so I went to Jiffy Lube (ugh).Now it didn't work at all!Made a appointment with Steve and they had it working by mid morning.Jiffy Lube did I don't know what but Big O fixed me right up and want me to come back just to double check their work and check for any leaks in my Freon.

I was from out of town, had a tire emergency on a Sunday. The majority of tires stores in Lawrence are closed on Sunday. After visiting two tire stores who couldn't match my tires and didn't have them in stock, Big O's got me 4 new tires and back on the road in just a couple of hours.

no issues. the price i was quoted was more than what i paid. I was very satisifed with the service and the kindness of the associates!!

Shea (sp) at Lawrence location goes above and beyond in taking time to make sure you understand services along with time needed to perform tasks. Exceptional customer service on her part which she needs recognized for.

I brought my Ford in for new tires and an oil change. Ended up with new brakes and rotors too. The guys are really friendly and helpful. Fast work, too!

I called regarding a slow leak in my tire; the employee, Cory, was super helpful, answered my questions, and got me a time the same day to have the tire taken care of. Because I'd purchased my tires through Big O, they covered the cost of the fix. Was super easy to get it dropped off, and they took care of it before they closed, even though I brought the vehicle in 30 minutes later than I'd scheduled it.

This was my first visit to Big O Tires since winning a gift certificate from them in July. Have been a customer of another tire outlet for years so decided to give them a try and made an appointment. Was greeted by a friendly team member immediately and was very pleased with the attention and discussion on what they found during the oil change and tire rotation. Will definitely return as they are a very professional in they way they inform and treat customers. Thanks to Cory and his team.

I was visiting from out of town and they were able to schedule me in very last minute. Even with a busy schedule they were so enjoyable to work with!
