Big O Tires

I really appreciate how kind and helpful everyone is at Big O in Lawrence! My daughter is a student and has had to take her car in several times. It's nice to know that there is a place for her to take her car that we feel like we can trust!

The are informative, friendly, fast, and less expensive than their competitors. They have a nice, spacious waiting area that is comfortable. And the work they do on the car seems top notch.

I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it in about an hour, even though they were incredibly busy. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

They did all they could to keep the costs down and still do a correct service.

The gentlemen on the phone when I made the appt. (Jeremy?) was very courteous and friendly. My appt. was pertaining to the brakes and was completed earlier than anticipated! Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Thanks Big O!

I have ben going to Gregg Tire/Big O for over 30 years and I like that there are people who know me, will make suggestions about the care of my cars, never giving me a run around or use pressure. They truly are concerned with my safety and the condition of my car. Steve and Devan are the best!

From the servicemen to the front counter to reception… I've never had a bad experience at Big O in Lawrence. Until I was able to afford to buy my tires this time, I would have to come in and frequently have air put in my tires and have the pressure checked. Every single person that waited on me to do that was awesome! This all began in January, and the weather was horrible. Not one time did anyone remotely act irritated that I was there AGAIN to have my tires checked outside. It was freezing cold, and those guys were wonderful! I was offered a great deal for new tires; however, I just had to wait until I could afford them. I will definitely tell people about our Lawrence Big O Tires… and I will definitely be back. I've been going there for over four years to get my oil changed,

My daughter needed a new tire for her car and I was able to call and get it all set up over the phone. Steve was extremely helpful. You all ordered the tire we needed and had the car all ready to go in the exact time frame you said you would. My daughter had no problems picking her vehicle up and was on her way. Thank you for helping make my mind at ease knowing she is back on the road safely!

My oil filler cap was broken and the technician called and had a new one delivered free of charge because I only use Big O for any service on my vehicles. A very nice gesture and typical of Big O here in Lawrence. Cory and his group do a great job!
