Big O Tires

While dropping $500 on tires is never pleasant, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They advised me of other issues on the car, did not try to pressure me, and accepted my decisions with equal grace, whether I was accepting additional service or not. A surprise and a delight. The tires were fairly priced, and I am quite pleased with the alignment.

I was driving a rented Transport van whose tires were horribly worn. Every place on the route that I stopped to inquire about tires recommended Big O, which is actually the shop that completes all of our family vehicle needs. When I called Big O Tires (in Lawrence, Kansas), Shae was all over getting the needed tires and getting them installed quickly so that I could get back on the road! Wonderful experience and such a relief!

Everyone was super friendly and the communication was wonderful. They got my car in the next morning and everything was done by the afternoon. They communicated throughout the process with updates and recommendations and explained everything super well on the phone and when I picked up my car. They also applied great discounts. 10/10
