While driving home; my wheel began to shake as if I had bad tires or alignment.I knew this couldn't be so I took it to the Big O in Lawrence, KS where I purchased the tires at 5:15pm!They were able to get me in and found that my tires were caked with tar from all the road work between here and Topeka.They did it all with a smile.Thanks!

Cory Mitchell is someone I have worked with numerous times over the last five years or so. From the first day I came to this store to correct a tire issue Walmart created, Cory helped me out and was always great about it. I've continued to use this Big O located for four vehicles since, and will soon add a fifth. Cory runs a great store and I have nothing but kind words to say about all their help over the years.

The service there is amazing. I have been getting my tires there for almost 2 years now. We recently acquired a vehicle from a relative and could not find the receipt of the tires bought, we had a flat and they fixed us right up with no charge. Since we were loyal customers. It was the greatest feeling ever. Thank you so much we really apricated it.

Service was done well and on time. I'm a repeat customer so I'll be back. One thing they might consider, be sure and include the cost of labor when quoting prices for things like new shocks etc.

The team at our BigO is terrific. They know us by name, know and protect our vehicles and seem to always be looking out for us. Whether it is pricing, scheduling, product availabilty or new services, the BigO folks and their customer service are top notch.

I have unusual tire size requirements for my 2010 Lincoln MKS, and they are not easy to find, and they are expensive. Big O Tires always has them available at an incredibly reasonable rate and their service work and customer service are top notch.

I was driving a rented Transport van whose tires were horribly worn. Every place on the route that I stopped to inquire about tires recommended Big O, which is actually the shop that completes all of our family vehicle needs. When I called Big O Tires (in Lawrence, Kansas), Shae was all over getting the needed tires and getting them installed quickly so that I could get back on the road! Wonderful experience and such a relief!
