Mechanic made me feel Ike a person not just a customer with a problem.

Competent, friendly people who did not try to oversell me but gave me my options. Had an appointment first time and was in and out in no time. Did not have appointment this time but was still out sooner than I thought.

The team was awesome! We were getting tires on a trailer and they made it so easy and convenient and seemed to truly care about our belongings. Was such a reassuring experience!

I had an appointment for 5pm and came by earlier and they were able to get my car in before the appointment with no fuss. They found a 2nd issue with my vehicle but knowing it was under warranty they told me to take it to the dealer to be fixed rather than trying to suggest they fix it themselves. I really appreciated the honesty

My Son's car had a blowout, they squeezed his replacement in at the end of the day so he could continue on a vacation. I also got 4 new tires a couple days later before a long trip and Troy and team were great in their explanation, and the work done was quick, friendly with incredible customer service. Thanks!!

I brought a car in for a pre-purchase inspection, and the staff was very kind. They explained the results of the inspection to me in great detail and answered all of my questions. I was impressed by the service and, knowing little about cars, felt as though I could trust the opinions and results from those whom I spoke with.

I needed 4 new tires and did some online shopping and "reserved" what I thought was a good deal on Big O's website. Cory called me to confirm what I needed and found me better tires at a better deal and 2 rebates! Everything went smoothly and the guys there were super friendly.

The woman named Shea who ran the front of the business was very professional and helpful. She was knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me any unneeded products.

Great all around. Not being picky but would be great if they would tell someone the cheapest way to go with things involving coupons and other stuff.
