Big O Tires

We have used Big O tires since moving to Lawrence a year ago. We have been very satisfied with their service and pricing and will continue to use them.

Not alot of places make you fill like you can trust them based on they always try to over sell products, you dont get that at big o tires

I am disabled and there were no handicaped parking spaces. I had to park at another store and walk over. After Checking out, I wandered the parking lot with my keyfab trying to Locate my Vehicle, it was parked at the other store.

It was suggested to my family that we try BigO, by several people we trust, and we've been going there for many years now. They are honest, highly competent, accommodating and a great team to do business with. We will continue going to BigO for tires & service as long as we can

We were driving to Lawrence, Kansas from Wyoming, and got a flat tire on the way into town. The tow truck operator/owner, Mike Eravi, recommended Big O over the competitors, so we had the car towed there. I have a specific brand of tire that I prefer, and Cory at Big O was able to order the exact tires I wanted out of Kansas City. He had the tires that same day, and we were back on the road again by that afternoon. The service from everyone at Big O, especially Cory, was just fantastic!

Son’s car was overheating. It’s a 1995 Toyota Camry with about 100,000 miles on it. We could see the radiator was spraying out coolant from time to time. We dropped it off on Monday morning without an appointment. The manager called me that afternoon and told me what was needed-new radiator. Parts were ordered that day and they got them the next afternoon. Car was done by 5 pm.

I have more than a few vehicles and seem to have problems with multiple cars all at one time. The people from top to bottom are ALWAY very patient with my whole family. Cory has an amazing group of employees who are looking for ways to help you. While in the process of remodeling their lobby/showroom they went right on helping customer to fix their problems ( Working from temporary desks ). All I can think to say is: Thanks to Cory and his staff.
